The narrator came to Paris where He found out that Mr. Strickland was in a poor hotel. After speaking with him, the teller understood that Charles Strickland would never return to his family again because he sought to become an artist . The narrator returned to London and told Mrs. Stickland about his trip. At first she did not believe in it but then she put up with that, and began to work as a typist. After 4 years the narrator decided to visit Mrs. Stickland to say goodbye. To his surprise he found out that she had a prosperous printing office. In paris he met his old friend Dirk Stroeve who arranged a meeting for the narrator and Charles Strickland.

Well, it is diffucult to produce absolutely different summaries, as we all read the same novel. The summaries mentioned look different IMHO
